Copyright of the
music included in this Site is either public domain or owned or
licensed to or by persons, agencies, instrumentalities
groups and organisations (hereafter refferred to as groups) who
provide music to The Heritage Country Choir for the
purposes of tuition of its members. All other material on the
website is copyrighted and owned by The Heritage Country
Choir.
Copyright Laws
allow for tuition material to be downloaded by students or
members in fair use which is accepted as being one copy
of any/every piece required by student or member for
personal use. Music performance downloads are also allowable
under copyright law providing the organisation is non profit and not
offering the music for sale or general public download. To download
and/or distribute any material from this website that are outside of
these boundaries stated would be at your own risk and
liability.
The Heritage Country Choir respects the intellectual property of others, and
we respectfully request all members of the above mentioned groups and website
users to do the same. You may not
download, reproduce, publish, communicate, modify, commercialise or alter
the material from or within this website without the express permission
in writing of The Heritage Country Choir.

Heritage Country Choir takes no responsibility for the accuracy
or content on this or other web sites that you may find or access
when or from using The Heritage Country Choir website.
