Copyright of the music included in this Site is either public domain or owned or licensed to or by persons, agencies, instrumentalities groups and organisations (hereafter refferred to as groups) who provide music to The Heritage Country Choir  for the purposes of tuition of its members. All other material on the website is copyrighted and owned by The Heritage Country Choir.

Copyright Laws allow for tuition material to be downloaded by students or members in fair use which is accepted as being one copy of any/every piece required by student or member for personal use. Music performance downloads are also allowable under copyright law providing the organisation is non profit and not offering the music for sale or general public download. To download and/or distribute any material from this website that are outside of these boundaries stated would be at your own risk and liability.

The Heritage Country Choir respects the intellectual property of others, and we respectfully request all members of the above mentioned groups and website users to do the same. You may not download, reproduce, publish, communicate, modify, commercialise or alter the material from or within this website without the express permission in writing of  The Heritage Country Choir.

The Heritage Country Choir takes no responsibility for the accuracy or content on this or other web sites that you may find or access when or from using The Heritage Country Choir website.

Material available on or through other web sites may be protected by copyright and subjected to the intellectual property laws of other countries. The terms of use of those web sites, and not The Heritage Country Choir, govern your use of that material.

The Heritage Country Choir Inc, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion without notice, may terminate accounts and disassociate itself with anyone who may infringe or repeatedly infringe copyrights of itself and/or others.

Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe that your work has been inadvertently or intentionally used by The Heritage Country Choir in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been inadvertently or otherwise violated, we ask you to provide The Heritage Country Choir Inc with the following information in writing:

1. A letter of electronic or physical nature with signature of the person who claims copyright ownership of the alleged infringement, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
2. An accurate description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that has been allegedly claimed infringed.
3. A clear identifiable description of the exact location on The Heritage Country Choir website of the alleged material.
4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have undeniable proof and in good faith and belief that the infringed use of such material by The Heritage Country Choir Inc is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A Statement of Declaration by you, signed and witnessed by a Licensed Authority made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner.
7. If you are not the owner of the copyright or intellectual property owner of the material in question and are acting on the owners behalf, you must produce an appropriated verified and signed Statement of Declaration from the owner of the copyright or intellectual property authorizing you to act on their behalf 

A Heritage Country Choir Notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement in writing must be sent:
